Industry veterans hired to provide groundbreaking international solutions to US hospitality and restaurant organizations to better serve customers and support the hospitality sector.

Today, QikServe Limited (QikServe) announced a significant program of investment in the North American market prompting the hiring of an expanded US-based team including Robert Taylor as EVP and Managing Director of US Operations, and several other restaurant technology industry veterans. The investment into North America positions QikServe to better serve existing customers and their guests, support the hospitality industry and growing the QikServe customer portfolio within North America. QikServe also announced a new official US office in Denver, Colorado.

The newly expanded US-based team provides a greater level of program management, account management and customer support to existing QikServe North American customers. Additionally, the team includes newly added marketing and sales members to accelerate QikServe growth within the restaurant and hospitality industries.

The US operations also recently established an office at The Industry, a modern industrial-inspired workplace located in the RiNo Art District of Denver. The QikServe headquarters remains in Edinburgh, UK.

“Growing the team and establishing a presence in Denver enables us to be more readily accessible and geographically central to serve customers spanning across the US, as well as positioned within one of the nation’s strongest hospitality markets with access to a booming technology talent pool,” stated Taylor, QikServe Executive Vice President, and Managing Director US Operations.

“According to the National Restaurant Association, US restaurant revenues were down $65 billion in 2021 from pre-pandemic levels of 2019, which has led to the acceleration of technology adoption for restaurants and venues in both the front-of-house and back-of-house. Powered by an unrivalled integration stack, QikServe’s kiosk ordering, web ordering and pay-at-table solutions support restaurants and other hospitality venues to have greater ordering throughput and table turn as well as provide convenience to guests. We are excited to support restaurants and hospitality venues more broadly in the US in advancing their tech stack,” added Daniel Rodgers, Founder of QikServe.

As the original enterprise platform for guest self-service in hospitality, QikServe drives digital transformation in the industry through the brand’s unique flexibility, combined with innovative software and the expertise of a team that has spent decades working in hospitality technology.
