Leading digital ordering and payment provider, QikServe has launched QikServe Payments (QP) – a comprehensive, reliable, and robust payment platform designed for the hospitality industry. Offering unique market value of a faster pay-out cycle with next day settlement and seamless onboarding, QP enables QikServe’s network of hospitality brands to utilise the latest innovation in payment services. QikServe has extensive experience in payment integrations and enjoys close working partnerships with multiple leading payment providers across its portfolio of order and payment solutions. The fully integrated payment stack within the new QP product enhances the standard functionalities of payment processors by offering capabilities to improve customer and guest experiences, initially across UK, Europe, USA and Canada.

QP provides everything that restaurants need to drive sales with fraud protection, simplified payments, comprehensive reporting, transparent pricing, speedy onboarding, and the capacity to process multiple payment options including Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Operators benefit from the ability to efficiently refund customers as well as transactional reporting directly from QikServe’s own consolidated dashboard with no need to flip between the order platform and merchant service dashboard.

QikServe required a reliable technology partner to enable the delivery of a seamless customer experience and innovative solution. After working with Stripe for eight years, QikServe’s choice to partner with Stripe for QP was a natural progression of their mutual work. Stripe— the financial infrastructure platform for businesses—allows scalable platforms like QP to design a bespoke user experience to manage and process payments efficiently and effectively whilst supporting QikServe’s development and ambition.

This year alone, the QikServe Platform has processed 30 million transactions, with a $32 average transaction value (ATV) across QikServe’s order and pay channels. Since completing the integration with Stripe Connect in December 2021, QikServe has tripled merchant onboarding in the last six months and has seen an 856% growth in processing volumes within the first year of market launch across 500 customers.

“QikServe has built extensive experience in delivering payments, integrations and partnerships over the last decade. We understand how complex it can be for some of our customers to navigate payments, and we wanted to simplify this process. Stripe has been a valuable technology partner in delivering our ambition to make payments simpler and we are absolutely delighted to announce that we have partnered with them  for QP. We are looking forward to QP’s continued global expansion supported by Stripe” commented Dan Rodgers, Founder and President of QikServe.

Ed Moore, Head of EMEA SaaS Platforms at Stripe said “Thousands of software companies, marketplaces, and enterprises use Stripe Connect as the front door to the rapidly expanding world of embedded finance. We’re thrilled to support QikServe for QP to help them deliver a one-stop-shop for all digital ordering and payment needs.
